How To Do banner Grabbing ?

 Banner Grabbing With Telnet

Suppose Our Target Is 192.168.43.1
Then Open Telnet
and suppost You Are Usnign Banner Grabbing Technique on port 80
Type: Telnet 192.168.42.1 80
Type: HEAD/HTTP/1.1
Now Press: Enter
Now Press Again : Enter
Now IT will Show The html Codes on your screen search for Banner Grabber ... to see which services is Running on Port 80

Using Unknown URL

This Method is used to Grab banners of some webservers in this method u just have to visit an unknow url from webserver and i will show an error and from that error you can get some info about webserver
like
suppost target is : www.mywebsite.com
now Banner grabbing will Be like : www.mywebsite.com/haking.html
ofter The Page is loaded Successfully You can check if the Server is Showing Eroor with some valuable information .

Just Type : nc 192.168.43.1 80
Then Type : HEAD /HTTP/1.0
The Hit Enter
Then Hit Enter Again
Now you can see The Softwere Versiona and running Service on webserver will appear
